WHAT THE ED EXCHANGE KIT IS FOR
The ED Exchange Kit is intended to replace an existing SRAM Rival AXS E1 shift-brake control without changing calipers or drivetrain configuration. Once installed and paired, it restores full system functionality and integrates seamlessly with the existing AXS ecosystem, performing identically to a standard retail Rival AXS E1 control.

SRAM Rival AXS E1 delivers confident one-finger braking from both the hoods and the drops through an updated hood and lever architecture designed to suit a wide range of hand sizes. The ergonomic hood shape improves finger wrap and comfort, helping reduce fatigue on longer road and gravel rides. Independent reach and contact point adjustment allow riders to fine-tune lever position and braking engagement without lever bottom-out or finger pinch.

AXS wireless connectivity provides intuitive eTap shift logic, simple pairing, and dependable performance. Integrated Bonus Buttons allow shifting or control of ANT+ devices directly from the hoods, adding versatility without complicating the cockpit.
