TYRE WIDTH & RIM COMPATIBILITY
SILCA states Protocol tyre widths based on installation on a hooked rim with a 25 mm internal width, inflated to the maximum pressure indicated on the tyre sidewall and measured after 24 hours.
Actual fitted tyre width can change depending on the internal width of your rim.
As a general rule, for every 2 mm change in rim internal width, expect approximately a 1 mm change in measured tyre width.
